I've known Georges since university. We have worked together on several jobs since then. He has a professional attitude, but also brings a good dose of humor to the office.

Georges has a hands-on mentality, is practical and can quickly create a working prototype. He has a lot of knowledge about electronics. When Georges reviews a design, he always comes up with a number of good points for improvement. He has an eye for the details. He is very valuable in the development team to develop a high-quality product together.

In addition to his electronics knowledge, I know Georges as a good embedded software developer. Here too, he develops products with an eye for detail and a practical approach.

During my time at B/E Aerospace (later Collins Aerospace) I worked with Georges Meinders in the same team. We identified various failure root causes. Georges can easily adapt to various project tasks. He has the ability to dive into a niche engineering topic and substantiate his conclusions with company research, academic research, experimentation and lab analysis. All of the documentation he produced was clear and complete. I enjoyed working with Georges a lot. It was fun as well as productive.
